RASEN firmly believes that the construction quality improves through education of the company's staff. RASEN periodically holds a variety of training sessions to adapt its employees to the ever-changing norms of the construction industry. The company also made it mandatory for all employees to receive certificates from the "Health and Safety Management System" training.
RASEN ranked 180 th in the list of the "Top 225 Global Contractors" prepared by "Engineering News Record"" Magazine. The Westec Four Winds Office Building (completed in 2008), was awarded the title of the Building of the Year by "Made in Future " Magazine.
